We proudly ship all of our products from Hong Kong, allowing us to bring you high-quality items with secure international delivery straight to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must
request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests
after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund
after it is received.

When will my order be processed?
We take great care in handling and shipping every order directly from our warehouse. While we always strive to get your items out as quickly as possible, please allow for a little extra time during busy holidays or sales. Our team processes orders Monday to Friday, with a typical handling time of 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out the very next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

What if I don't receive my order?
We want you to shop with complete confidence. If, for any reason, your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, you are fully protected and eligible for a 100% refund.

When will I receive my refund?
After your return has been received and inspected, we will
notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is
approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within
10 business days. Please be aware that depending on your bank or credit card
provider, additional time may be required for the refund to be reflected on
